Privacy Policy
Bhutan EDU Overview Ltd (“we”, “us”) is a talent agency that finds Instagram creators and pitches them to sponsors. This policy explains how we handle personal data when you apply as a creator, enquire as a brand, or browse northtalent.example. We follow Google’s Business Data Responsibility and data minimisation.
1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
- Creator application: IG handle (@), full name, email, niche, follower count you enter, goal text, and any DMs/emails we exchange. If scouted, we store public IG metrics we observe: follower count, saves, comment depth, story retention (all public).
- Brand enquiry: name, work email, company, product, campaign goal.
- Correspondence & delivery: contracts, rate cards, media kits, deal terms, invoices, payout records.
- Technical: IP (truncated), device/browser, pages viewed, UTM, city-level location via GA4, consent state, gclid if from Google Ads.
- Cookie/ad IDs: GA4 client ID, Google Ads click ID, Meta Pixel ID — only with consent. See Cookie Policy.
We do not collect special-category data and we do not infer sensitive attributes for ads. IG handles are public handles you provide; we store them as contact identifiers.
3. How we collect
- Directly from you: application form via POST (no PII in URL), email, IG DM, calls.
- Automatically with consent: via cookies after you click Accept all (Consent Mode v2). See Cookies.
- From public sources: public Instagram data when we scout (we do not scrape private data or buy follower lists).

EEA/UK: non-essential cookies only on consent; withdraw via banner Preferences or Cookies. No dark patterns — Reject is equally prominent.
5. Sharing
No sale of data. Processors under Art.28:
- Hosting/email: Vercel/Netlify, Google Workspace.
- Analytics/ads (with consent): Google LLC (GA4/Ads) per Business Data Responsibility; Meta Platforms (Pixel).
- CRM/invoicing: HubSpot, Xero/Stripe — for roster & payouts.
- Sponsors (only with your approval): we share your media kit & handle with a brand only after you approve that specific pitch.
6. Retention
- Applications not rostered: 12 months then anonymised.
- Roster & deal records: duration of engagement + 6 years for tax.
- Analytics cookies: per Cookie Policy (up to 13 months) or until withdrawal.
- Logs: 30–90 days then aggregated.
7. Security
HTTPS/TLS, access controls on CRM/invoicing, least-privilege on ad accounts, 72h breach notice to ICO where required.
8. Your rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
EEA/UK: access, rectify, erase, restrict, object, port, withdraw consent. California: know/delete/correct/opt-out of sale/share (we do not sell). We honour GPC as opt-out. To exercise: privacy@Bhutan EDU Overviewstudio.example (verify via application email). Reply in 1 month (extendable). Complain to UK ICO (ico.org.uk) or CNPD Portugal.
Manage cookies: footer → Cookie Policy → Preferences or banner Accept/Reject.
9. Cookies
See Cookie Policy for types/durations. Essential always on; analytics/ads only after Accept all.
10. Children
We represent creators 18+ only. Not directed to children under 16. If under 18, do not apply; we delete such data on discovery.
